Good morning, we do apologize but we do not have a driver for bus 144 this morning. The students will be picked up this morning, but it will be after a driver gets to school and drops off the students from their regular route. You may bring your student if you would like to, if you choose to do so the earliest they can be dropped off is 7:30am. Another bus will not be going back out to pick the students up until after 8:00am, so they will be getting to school late. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this causes anyone.

So sorry for this late message. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause anyone. We were just informed that the driver of bus 131 cannot driver tomorrow. Therefore there will be a double run for bus 131 in the morning & afternoon. The bus will be picking them up after a load of students get dropped off,so expect at least 30 minutes to hour later pickup tomorrow.

Good morning, this a message from Jones Senior High School, starting tomorrow morning there are going to be some changes for some students that ride the following buses bus 144, bus 139, bus 141, & bus 145. These are the changes. The students that were riding bus 144 will now be combined with bus 139 permanently. Therefore the students pickup and drop off times will be changing. Also students on bus 141 your pickup &drop off times are changing as well. Students on bus 145 your driver is changing, but your pickup &drop off times should not change that much, just be ready maybe 10-15 minutes earlier to be safe. There was a letter that each student from bus 139, bus 144, & bus 141 was supposed to receive on Friday to bring home to Parents/Guardians to sign and return. This was to verify that you all received notification of the changes. If your student didn't receive the letter contact the school and give them the name. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Jones County Sheriff's Office is also aware and, based on their investigation, has found that a similar message has been copied and sent to other school districts. Good evening, this is to inform you all that school is on a two hour delay tomorrow. Trenton Elementary buses are to arrive at the school by 9:30am. Jones Senior buses are to arrive at the school by 9:55am. The students that normally ride bus 135 in the morning, will ride bus 137 or bus 129 depending on their address.
