Jones Senior High School is proud to offer the after school math program titled, Building the MATH Code for all JSHS students grades 6-8! We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your children. From 3:30pm–5:00pm, your child can participate in math review using computer coding, enjoy a snack, and work with their peers in using DASH and SPHERO robots!
The program will run from March 18-28, M-Th, from 3:30pm-5:00pm.
We want structure and variety in the After School Program; therefore our daily routine will be organized in the following way:
• 3:30-3:45 – attendance/snack time
• 3:45-4:00 – warm-up math question
• 4:00-4:30 – coding activities using the math concept
• 4:30-5:00 – extension activity
• 5:00 – student pick-up in the HS Loop
