New GPA (2.3+) Requirements for Athletes:

If a student’s GPA is below 2.3, he or she will be required to attend remediation for 2 days after school per week. If the student misses a day, he or she will not be permitted to play in the next game

• Students who are below the 2.3 will have progress reports monitored to determine progress.

Behavioral Expectations for Athletes:

• Students who receive an office referral resulting in administrative action, such as multiple days of ISS/OSS, will be suspended for one game.

• Students who are sent to ISS more than 2 times in a week will be suspended for one game.

• Students who are suspended for 3 games due to behavior issues will be off of the team for the remainder of the season.

Attendance Policy for Athletes:

If a student is counted as absent from school, he/she is not allowed to participate in practice or a game on the date they are absent. (Students must be present for a half day - two of the four periods.)
